ON March 17, 2015, the Right to Know, Right Now! Coalition and the University of the Philippines-Center for Integrative & Development Studies (UP-CIDS) held a forum on the independent evaluation of the Freedom of Information Bills by lawyer Jose Manuel I. Diokno, founding dean of the De La Salle University College of Law and chair of the Free Legal Assistance Group.
