Man, oh, man

MOST men dream of being surrounded by women 24/7, but in the latest piece in i Report‘s current series on Filipino women, the lone male at the PCIJ — who also has a house full of females — tells it how it really is.

Perhaps the only reason why the experience hasn’t exactly turned into a nightmare for him (although it’s still short of being a dream) is because he came well prepared. He was, after all, raised as his mother’s right-hand man (okay, boy) at the family store, even as he also had to do his share of domestic chores at home. And while he doesn’t really fit the image of a macho a la Erap, the women in his life agree that he is a man who is a perfect fit for the modern world.

Read his travails at pcij.org while he dodges the pencils and keyboards flying toward his desk.

tragically, you were not born a woman, alecks, for you to bask in society’s tight embrace on women.

imagine that, we were talking about this precise thought of alecks in the world of women, and now the autobiography has been brought to life. haha.

you are not a woe-man, given that you bask in our presence and celebrate our existence, you alecks, in my book, are a wow-man.
