PCIJ at 20

Inquirer columnist and PCIJ Board Member Ma. Ceres Doyo reflects on the PCIJ as the Center celebrates its 20th anniversary with a regional conference entitled “Peace, Human Rights, Good Governance: East Asian Democracies at the Crossroads” at the Asian Institute of Management on Monday Sept. 28.
