Officers talk about corruption,
reforms for the Armed Forces
The last of our three-part series focuses on the various administrative and financial reforms that military officers say the Armed Forces and the commander-in-chief might consider as possible first steps in curbing corruption. Various officers also discuss what is wrong with the AFP, from its systems to the values of its personnel.
It comes with a sidebar on the views of the frontline troops in Mindanao, as well as officers in Metro Manila, on the ongoing congressional inquiries into the issues.
