DATA A DAY: One village at a time?

THOSE WHO LIVE in Metro Manila are used to the idea that towns and cities normally have multiple and huge barangays. In fact one barangay in Bagong Silang, Kalookan City, has more than 200,000 residents. On the other hand, one barangay in Sampaloc has only 33 people.
However, would it be accurate to say that any Philippine town or city must have more than one barangay?

True or False: All towns in the country have more than one barangay.
