Audio files of Garci’s Jan. 25 testimony

EX-COMELEC Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano today appeared for the third and final time before the House of Representatives. The joint inquiry terminated its hearings on the controversial "Hello, Garci"  recordings with Garcillano still adamantly refusing to confirm or deny that it was his voice on the wiretapped conversations.
