Where are death certificates?

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (MindaNews/07 December) – It has been two weeks since the massacre in Ampatuan town in Maguindanao. Yet, not a single death certificate had been issued for the 31 journalists who were among the 57 victims of the country’s worst political violence in recent memory.
Loved ones of the slain journalists lamented the processing of the death certificates had been slow even if most of them had been buried already. They said they needed [the certificates] in filing a case against the suspects.
