Police, soldiers padlock
ARMM complex offices
KIDAPAWAN CITY (MindaNews/07 December) — Police and soldiers guarding the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao complex in Cotabato City padlocked today key government offices inside the compound.
Among those shut were the Office of the Regional Governor, finance and administration offices, and the Bureau of Public Information.
